Maros Home Renovations Ltd is not just a renovation company – we are a team with a purpose. Our mission is to transform your living spaces into areas of true enjoyment. We achieve this by delivering high-quality, affordable projects that exceed your expectations.
Established in 2024, Maros Home Renovations may be relatively new on the market, but our journey in the construction industry reaches back to 2018 to our self-employed beginnings. Those days, marked by long hours and hard work, laid the foundation for what would become a thriving business.
It was our strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and personal touch that quickly set us apart in the competitive market. As we expanded our capabilities and took on larger projects, we remained committed to our roots.
We pride ourselves on our no-nonsense ethos: we’re transparent in our communication, we deliver on our promises, and we offer flexibility when it’s needed most.
MAREK SKOWRON
Marek is a highly skilled and versatile builder with over 15 years of experience in private and commercial projects, specialising in tiling and carpentry services.
His exceptional attention to detail and commitment to innovation allows him to consistently deliver outstanding results that exceed client expectations.
Having an extensive background in the international and local construction business, Marek is an excellent problem solver, who ensures that all work remains on track against stretching budget and timeliness.
1. What is the typical timeline for a renovation project?
It depends on complexity, volume of work, size of the project and finishing details. On average, bathroom renovation is 1–2 weeks, kitchen with preparation and installation 2–3 weeks.
2. Can you provide references from previous clients?
Yes, absolutely. We would need to ask our clients first if they are willing to share their contact details and are willing to be called. Usually, it is welcomed.
3. Do you handle all necessary permits and regulations for construction in the UK?
No, the client is responsible for contacting the local authority and getting all the planning permissions and building regulations approval, if any of them are required.
4. What is your approach to staying on budget and on schedule?
Our offers are very transparent, so the main budget is set from the start. Whenever additional work comes up, we communicate with the customer in advance.
We do our best to schedule the start of the project on a date the client wishes. Once the project is open, we make sure the project is executed on the timelines that are discussed with the client.
If additional work occurs, the project might need to be extended. We communicate this to the customer. When the deadlines are really strict, we may allocate more people to executing the project (if available and if the project space allows it).
5. How do you handle any changes or unexpected issues that arise during the project?
We immediately inform the customer. Depending on the issue, the right approach will be discussed in consultation with the customer.
6. What is your soonest availability?
We do our best to schedule the start of the project on a date the client wishes. Starting a project on a short term is possible.
7. What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer on your work?
We give a 12-month Workmanship Warranty. On top of that, we have public liability insurance of up to £1 000 000.
8. Can you provide a detailed proposal and contract before we start the project?
Our offers are very detailed and describe materials and labour for a specific type of work. An engagement letter summarising all the information will be sent for the client's acceptance before the start of the project.
9. What steps do you take to minimise disruption and keep the work area clean during the project?
Our workers clean up the workplace every day before leaving the project. What's more, they use special construction tools to minimise or remove dust during renovation.
10. Do you provide designer and architect services?
At Maros Home Renovations, we collaborate closely with the designs you provide, ensuring they align seamlessly with practical construction and renovation considerations. While we work in partnership with trusted showrooms that specialise in designing bespoke bathrooms and kitchens, the final decision is always yours.
11. Who buys the materials?
We offer both supply and fit or fit-only services—whatever works best for you. All raw construction materials are always supplied by us, ensuring structural integrity and quality. If you choose supply and fit, we take care of sourcing and providing all necessary materials, including decorative elements, for a seamless and hassle-free process. If you prefer to source the visual materials yourself, we’re happy to handle the expert installation.
If you're actively comparing bathroom fitters, kitchen fitters, or home renovation companies - we'd love to show you how smooth the process can be when you choose the right team.
Call us for a free quote or send us your plans—we’ll take care of the rest. Alternatively, use the contact form to drop us a message, and we’ll get back to you promptly.
